No Returns & No Refunds:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including:

Buyer's remorse
Wrong size or color ordered
Item not as expected
Change of mind
Exceptions:

We will only accept returns or offer refunds if the item:

Is significantly damaged or defective upon arrival.
Does not match the description in the listing.
Is the wrong item shipped by mistake.


Return Process (for eligible items only):

To request a return or refund for an eligible item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. You will need to provide photos or videos of the damage or defect, as well as the order number.

If we approve your return request, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the item.

Refunds (for eligible items only):

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
